Men’s Group — Spring 2026

Men’s Group — Spring 2026

Where men speak about love, work, sex, and responsibility — without hiding.

Where men speak about love, work, sex, and responsibility — without hiding.

You’re functioning. You carry responsibility.
You show up at work. At home. In life.

And still — there are conversations you’re not having.
About love. About sex. About resentment. About fear. About the pressure to hold it all together.

This is a closed, structured group for men who are done with surface talk.
No whining. No advice-giving. No performance.

We read or listen to something sharp. Then we go deep.
Honest. Direct. Real.

A new round will be announced once new dates are confirmed.

What this group is

This men’s group offers a structured space to speak honestly, listen deeply, and practice showing up with more clarity, presence, and grounding — as men, fathers, partners, friends, and at work.

The group is closed, time-limited, and grounded in clear agreements.
It’s for men who want engagement and practice — not theory or advice.
Age matters less than your willingness to take responsibility for your impact.

What this group is not

This is not group therapy.
It is not a support group, and it is not crisis work.

There is no fixing, rescuing, or analysing each other. Participation is based on speaking from personal experience, listening without interruption, and taking responsibility for one’s own process.
