What this group is

This men’s group offers a structured space to speak honestly, listen deeply, and practice showing up with more clarity, presence, and grounding — as men, fathers, partners, friends, and at work.

The group is closed, time-limited, and based on clear agreements. It is designed for men who want engagement and practice, not theory or advice.

What this group is not

This is not group therapy.
It is not a support group, and it is not crisis work.

There is no fixing, rescuing, or analysing each other. Participation is based on speaking from personal experience, listening without interruption, and taking responsibility for one’s own process.
