What you’ll explore

Cherishing is a way of seeing — noticing, naming, and protecting what you value in each other.
In this workshop we’ll work with how admiration steadies a relationship even if conflicts occur, the difference between gratitude and idealisation, and how to practise daily gestures of fondness that feel genuine rather than forced.
You’ll also learn how to take in appreciation when it’s offered, instead of brushing it aside.
Who it’s for
This workshop is for couples who want to strengthen what’s already good, shift out of distance or irritation, or find a reset after a difficult period. It’s also suited for partners who are curious to deepen connection before small cracks widen into bigger rifts.
Even when a relationship feels steady, habits of appreciation can slip.
Taking time to focus on cherishing gives couples a way to renew energy, protect against drift, and bring warmth back into daily life.
