Self care is the ability to tend to your own needs, with humility and respect. We need all aspects of ourselves to feel grounded and content: mind, brain, soul and body.
I have selected a few talks provided by my favourite website, TED talks, on issues that might be worth your while. Call it “videotherapy”, if you like.
I have also selected a couple of books that I have found very inspiring – this is known as “bibliotherapy”, and I’m not kidding there… 🙂
